|Testing

Gathering user insights for future refinement.

To refine and align the design with user needs, I conducted usability testing with avid listeners, utilizing surveys and observations to gather feedback on pain points related to usability, functionality, and satisfaction.

Usability testing

"I can’t determine how to orient the headphones to effectively press the increase or decrease volume buttons."

"Placing the USB-C charger at the bottom of the ear cup would make charging easier and less obtrusive."
